The Avengers' epic adventure in Genosha is over, but there's no time for rest after a priority alert comes in from the South Pacific! Since the west coast avengers have been disbanded, the Black Widow sends Cap, Crystal, Sersi, Hercules, and the Black Knight to explore the ocean depths of Lemuria! But hold on, Lemuria…isn't that where the Deviants call home? Yes! And in very short order the Avengers are under attack! Only Sersi escapes the surprise ambush! And proceeds to desperately fly to the Pentagon to reach one of the friendly deviants, Kro! In order to help Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Kro rounds up a motley mixture of friendly deviants and prepares them for battle in Lemuria! Deviants Assemble?!
